Request an Interpreter

Thank you for reaching out to the Jewish Deaf Resource Center for your interpreting service needs. Please take a few minutes to complete this brief form, one for each interpreter request. We ask that requesters place the requests two weeks or more in advance for best results.

Once we receive your submission, we will contact you within 24 – 48 hours (not including Friday evening and Saturday due to Shabbos) to confirm receipt of your request. We will then email our network of interpreters familiar with Jewish settings and cc the point of contact provided on the form. Interpreters will contact you directly if they are available. The requesting party will negotiate fees with interpreters directly.

NOTE: If your request is for a funeral service, please text us immediately at 240-855-4915. Include your name, how we can reach you, the date, time, and location of the funeral service and/or interment, the type of interpreter needed, and as much information as possible.
